Suzuki has introduced fourth generation 2018 Suzuki Swift at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show (European market). Priory, the new model was launched with new design and style in Japanese markets at the end of 2016. Suzuki Swift 2018 Interior
Suzuki team has completely changed the interior look of the new 2018 Swift. As mentioned earlier Suzuki has built its 2018 Swift on a new platform, this has minimized the engine compartment space resulting in the more spacious cabin. The cabin now has increased head space due to lower seating. Along with that rear seating also get additional 23 mm lateral and vertical spacing. The old fashioned buttons, knobs, and radio are replaced by a 7 inches touch screen. The V-shaped center console is also redesigned and above it resides a HAVOC control area with modernized graphics and buttons. The instrument cluster is also upgraded with separate rev counter and speedometer.

The new Swift will be available in three different models, SZ3, SZ5 and SZ-T models and each trim will be having its unique features.
– SZ3 Model
The SZ3 model will be having leather wrapped steering wheel, LED daytime running lights and rear privacy glass. It also has DAB radio along with four speakers and Bluetooth.
– SZ-T Model
Along with all regular features, the SZ-T have some additional features like Smartphone link display audio and a rearview camera. It also has glass on the front fog lamps.
– SZ5 Model
The SZ5 is the advanced variant amongst the three models of new Swift. It owns numerous dynamic features like keyless entry and starts, automatic air conditioning, rear electric windows, and satellite navigation. It also has a new style D-shaped steering wheel with flat bottom section and chrome detailing.
The 2018 Swift have updated detection system, which is utilized very first time in any Suzuki’s car. 2018 Suzuki Swift Exterior

The SZ3 model will be running off 15-inch wheels whereas the SZ-T and SZ5 models will get 16-inch alloy wheels. With 20mm increased wheelbase the dimensions of the new 2018 Suzuki Swift are as follows:

Engine and Suspension
Like its predecessor, the new Swift will also feature the two gasoline engines. The SZ3 will get a revised version of four-cylinder 1.2-liter Dualjet engine, the one used in the Baleno. This hatchback engine can generate 89 horsepower and a torque of 120 Nm @ 4000rpm. 5-speed manual transmission is anticipated. It is also expected that due to the lighter platform the new Swift will have enhanced performance with better fuel efficiency. With front-wheel drive, the car reaches 0-62 mph in 11.9 seconds.
