We can expect the introduction of the newly G-Class with Maybach treatment, this model will be according to Company, like never before. The word is about the 2018 Mercedes-Benz G650 Maybach Landaulet. People from Company says that this will be the real masterpiece, and latest photos and video confirmed that claim. After we saw what Maybach did with the S-Class as well as with the S650 Cabriolet, imagine what that did with the G-Class. That is official now, and this model is the first off-roader from this luxury sub-brand. Unfortunately, this all-terrain vehicle will be limited to 99 units.
Still, that certainly means that this model will be exceptional and that will satisfy all the customer’s demands. This model will be probably the most luxurious all-terrain model in the world. It has already very good history, and with the introduction of this vehicle, we can just expect improvement in this Class. When someone mentions Maybach, you know that the word is about the luxury with tradition and with luxury combined with the high-tech features.

This model is quite remarkable from the outside, and one fact can show you that in the best way. This model has a wheelbase of 3,42 m / 135 inches, a length of 5,34 m / 210 inches, a height of 2,23 m / 88 inches and also half a meter of ground clearance. Powerful! The interior also has plenty of space, but more about that a bit later. When it comes to some specific details from the outside, this fantastic model will borrow some aesthetics details from the G500 4×4², and as we know, that model is lifted variant of G-Wagen. This newly vehicle will provide probably ideal handling for both on and off-road terrains. Merit for that goes to the 325/55 R 22 for all seasons. Generally speaking, this model will be similar to the G500 4×4², but it will be a four-door convertible, similar to the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

According to Company, the customers will be able to choose between three different matching colors for the top, and also four appealing designer paint finishes. At the front side, we can expect radiator grille that will provide a chrome-plated double louver as well as a chrome-plated screen. The Mercedes G650 Maybach Landaulet wheels will have the 5-spoke design. The interior design of this model is pure luxury. Thanks to the fantastic wheelbase of 3,42 m, this model will provide a lot of space inside and all passengers will enjoy a high dose of comfort. The rear seats of this model will be borrowed from the S-Class. However, compared to those seats in the S-Class, these seats will be improved and we can expect better seating comfort and spaciousness. As we already mention, the driver and the front passenger will be accommodated under the fixed roof. The rear passengers, on the other hand, will be accommodated under the convertible top roof, and they will have better freedom of movement, and consequently better comfort. Of course, all the seats in the 2018 Maybach G650 Landaulet cabin will be wrapped in the high-quality leather.
In order to provide excellent lateral support as well as high seating comfort, we can expect the inflatable air chambers provided by active multi-contour seats. Some other details from the outside are usual Maybach touches. We can anticipate carbon fiber trim and most likely two-tone leather with the contrast stitching. Furthermore, the upcoming Mercedes-Benz G650 Maybach Landaulet will provide a very good entertainment system(10-inch screens), also it will have two monitors for the rear passengers. At the center console, we can notice three distinctive push-button switches. Those switches are for the interior lighting and also for the opening and closing soft top.
